Damian was born in the Byron area, and after 13 years travelling the world providing high end culinary cuisine to the discerning palette, he is now back residing in Byron.
To polish his skills as a Chef, upon completing his apprenticeship Damian moved to Sydney, before being lured to the food mecca of London. On his return to Australia, he continued his journey as a chef working on Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays and at the world class Vines Resort in Western Australia.
In 2000 Damian ventured back overseas and commenced work as a private chef. He worked on super yachts, private islands and luxury residences throughout Europe, the Caribbean, the Bahamas and the U.S. Damian provided the finest cuisine to an elite clientele well versed in top class food, thereby challenging him to exceed his clients high expectations by creating specialty dishes with some of the best produce money could buy.
Having made the decision to leave Europe and return home to Byron with his family, Damian aims to bring the boutique and customised food experience to Chefs Table Byron Bay.
